Namaste Friends…
I’m Monica Limon, the founder of Soul Tree Holistic Ayurveda & Yoga.
It is a privilege to share the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with my family, community, and, with you. I am honored to support you in restoring your natural state of health and vitality, aligning with your true self, and enhancing your overall quality of life.
I’m an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist in Reno, NV. I offer personalized, holistic care that addresses the body, mind, and spirit through an integrative approach to health and wellness. By blending traditional Ayurvedic therapies, customized yoga practices, and modern holistic techniques, I provide my clients with the tools to live healthier, more balanced lives.
My journey…
My journey with Ayurveda began in 2010 during my first Yoga Teacher Training. The integration of Ayurvedic principles to support the body and yoga as a path to mental and emotional balance immediately resonated with me, and I knew I had found my direction.
I began working with Ayurvedic practitioners in my community, aligning my lifestyle with my dosha, incorporating herbs, practicing Abhyanga (self-massage), and establishing nourishing daily rituals. What started as a way to prepare my body for peri-menopause soon became the foundation of my overall well-being.
Inspired to deepen my understanding of this ancient healing system, I immersed myself in continued study through books, workshops, and formal training. I am a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda, with certifications in Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic Health Counseling.
This self-healing journey has shaped the way I live and practice today, allowing me to cultivate harmony within and around me—supporting the mind, body, and spirit with intention and care.
